Not at all. We can help you figure that out during your first call or message. The more information you can provide the better, but even if you only know your address and that you have a septic tank, that is enough to get started.
Contact us straight away. Auckland Council requires septic tanks to be inspected and emptied every 3 years. We are council approved, we carry out the inspection and file the compliance report directly with the council on your behalf.
We service all of North Auckland from the Auckland Harbour Bridge north to Matakana, and from Bethells Beach to Warkworth. We do not operate south of the harbour bridge. If you are unsure, include your address in the form and we will confirm. You can also view our full service area map on the Service Area page.
We are available Monday - Saturday, 7am - 5pm for calls and emergencies. We are closed on Sunday.
