When You Need Help Fast, We're Ready
A septic emergency is more than an inconvenience - it's a health hazard, a potential environmental violation, and a serious disruption to your home or business. Raw sewage backing up into your property, overflowing tank contents near your drain field, or a sudden blockage that renders your toilets unusable all require immediate professional attention.
I SUK UP Ltd has been responding to septic emergencies across North Auckland since 1989. Our team is available around the clock with fully equipped vacuum trucks ready to dispatch at short notice. Whether you're dealing with an overflow at a residential property in Silverdale, a blocked pump station in Kumeu, or a commercial wastewater emergency in Warkworth, we'll get to you as quickly as possible and resolve the problem correctly.
Attempting to manage a septic emergency without professional help can make matters significantly worse - disturbing sludge layers, spreading contamination, or creating conditions that require far more extensive remediation later. Call us first and we'll take care of it safely, correctly, and in compliance with Auckland Council regulations.

Emergency Callout Pricing
Emergency callouts are priced based on the time of call, travel distance, and scope of work required. After-hours callouts may attract a callout fee in addition to the standard service rate.
We will always advise you of the expected cost before proceeding where circumstances allow. For genuine emergencies where immediate action is required to prevent further damage or health risk, we will attend and discuss pricing on arrival.
Standard additional cost factors apply: tank volume over 5,000 litres, hose length required, buried lid access, non-standard tank contents, and outer service boundary locations including Matakana, South Head, Warkworth, and Puhoi.
Payment is required on completion. EFTPOS is available on all trucks. A cancellation or callout fee will apply if you cancel after the truck has been dispatched.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Response times depend on your location and current truck availability, but we aim to attend as quickly as possible. Call us directly on 027 239 2167 for the quickest response - our team will give you an honest ETA when you call.
Stop using water in the property if sewage is backing up inside - every flush and drain adds to the problem. Keep children and pets away from any affected areas outside. Do not attempt to open or disturb the tank yourself. If sewage is pooling near a waterway or storm drain, let us know when you call so we can advise further.
Yes. We cover the full I SUK UP service area including rural Rodney, Warkworth, Matakana, South Head, and the Kaipara Coast. Outer area callouts may have a higher travel component. We do not service areas south of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.
After-hours emergency callouts may attract an additional callout fee on top of the standard service rate. We will be upfront about this when you call. Our priority is to resolve your emergency safely - pricing will always be communicated clearly before any work proceeds where possible.
A pump alarm on an Aerated Wastewater Treatment System indicates the system has detected a fault - this could be a pump failure, power issue, or a level alarm. Do not ignore it. Reduce household water use immediately and call us. We service all major AWTS brands including InnoFlow, Orenco, and Biolytix.
If your three-year Auckland Council inspection is due or overdue at the time of the emergency callout, we can complete it during the same visit. This saves you a second booking and gets your compliance up to date. Let us know when you call and we will come prepared.
