Our standard rate covers tanks up to 5,000 litres. Additional costs may apply for the following:
- Tank over 5,000 litres - additional charge applies
- Hose length required - determined by the distance between the tank and where our truck can safely park
- Buried or inaccessible lid - if the lid requires digging up, advise us when booking
- Non-standard contents - anything other than toilet paper increases difficulty and incurs additional cost
- Council inspection add-on - available at additional cost if your three-year inspection is due
- Outer service area travel surcharge - applies to Matakana, South Head, Bethells Beach, Warkworth, and Puhoi
Payment is required on completion. EFTPOS is available on all trucks. A full invoice is provided upon payment. A cancellation fee applies if the job is cancelled after our truck has been dispatched.
